Mr Jeff Sze has been the Under Secretary for Education of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China since July 2022.  He supports the Secretary for Education of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the administration of all education affairs in Hong Kong.

Before taking up the position of Under Secretary for Education, he had been the Political Assistant to the Secretary for Education for 10 years. He has a deep understanding of Hong Kong’s education system. Prior to joining the government, he served as a secondary school teacher and conducted policy research in a think tank.
